CASH BACK
Central Farmers Cooperative, located in Canova, Dimock, Freeman, Lyons, Marion, Montrose and Salem, is pleased to announce another round of patronage refunds and equity retirement!

CFC's financial performance in fiscal year 2011 reflects another very successful year that your cooperative achieved
in a competitive agribusiness environment. As in the past, CFC's on-going success for the future continues to be measured by the continuing support of our cooperative members.

We are pleased to report that the Board of Directors has declared patronage refunds of $2,
423,301 for fiscal year 2011, of which $848,155 will be refunded in cash and $1,575,146 will be in allocated equities. In addition to the $2,423,301 in patronage refunds, the Board of Directors authorized the redemption of $3,335,787.19 of allocated equities in a cash payment. This CASH redemption includes the equities of any patron turning age 70 in 2011 and, in addition, the redemption of all outstanding equities allocated prior to 1997.

The combination of $848,155 in cash patronage with the $3,335,787.19 in equity redemptions represents a total of $4,183,942.19 in CASH PAYMENTS to CFC members! These checks will be issued by the end of January 2012.

A solid balance sheet with good local earnings and cash flow from local operations makes this redemption possible while allowing your cooperative to continue re-investing in assets to better serve our patrons.

CFC looks forward to serving the needs of our patrons for years to come.
