Effective today (May 14, 2013) any grain that is delivered to any CFC or Fremar LLC location that is not priced, can be put on no charge DP storage contracts with an expiration date listed below. All bushels must be priced by the close of business listed below that corresponds with each commodity.  If they are not priced prior to expiration date, they will get priced on the close of business on the expiration date.  Any existing DP storage contract with an expiration date prior to the new dates will be allowed to be rolled to the new contract at the end of their current no charge DP contract.  If a customer has an existing no charge DP contract that expires prior to dates listed below, a new DP contract will automatically be issued to extend the time on the contract.

Soybeans                                            no charge DP until October 25, 2013.

Due to a recent South Dakota court ruling, all Voluntary Credit Sale contracts (DP, Deferred Pay, Basis), the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Warehouse Division has notified Fremar LLC and Central Farmers Cooperative that all Voluntary Credit Sales Contracts must be signed within 30 days of final delivery.  If Fremar LLC or Central Farmers does not receive the signed contract at our elevator within 30 days, the bushels on these contracts must be cashed out at the closing price on that date and the check will be mailed to the producer.
